No. GrowthPair focuses exclusively on pairing companies with full-time offshore marketing talent.

Will my GrowthPair hire work during U.S. hours?

Yes. Every GrowthPair marketer syncs their schedule with your team’s timezone to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

What’s the cost difference between the headhunter model and managed service?

The headhunter model charges a 35% one-time fee based on the hire’s annual salary. The managed service model bills at 2x the marketer’s hourly rate and includes HR, payroll, benefits, and a lifetime replacement guarantee.

How do you make sure your marketers are truly top-quality?

Only 1.5% of applicants pass our five-step process: resume screen, phone interview, proctored skills assessment, live interview, and client interview. Each candidate is vetted by marketers—not recruiters—and tested for both role-specific skill and English fluency (C1 level).

What happens if a hire doesn’t work out?

We’ll make it right. The headhunter model includes a six-month guarantee, and our managed service covers replacements for as long as you’re a client. If a pairing isn’t the right fit, we’ll find someone who is.
