Jonathan hires first overseas employee

As a YouTube personality, Jonathan needed someone to handle inbound requests, coordinate partnerships and more.

I quickly realized the power of hiring overseas to build a business.

Co-Founded Berry Virtual

Jonathan started Berry Virtual to bring virtual staffing to the masses. After helping more than 500 clients, the company was successfully acquired.

We created Berry Virtual to help business owners with the complexities of hiring globally.

2024

GrowthPair founded

After sitting on the sidelines for a year, Jonathan wanted to bridge his career passion of growth marketing with virtual staffing.

I saw competitors charging 2x monthly premiums on staff they placed and knew there had to be a better way.
